Restore old data

NP: Its EMERGENCY
One of my colleague had updated the old version of Simple Contact form plugin on one of our clients website, because of which we had lost our all old data from which we received through contact form.

Is there any way we can restore the old data that was stored in our old simple contact form . It would be of immense help if you can get it resolved or find some way to restore the old data that we received through simple contact form.

This will cost us really very huge if we are unable to restore the old data. Your help will be of immense support to us.
