Thank you so much for the log file.

In reality, a single symbol changed and the URL https://www.yamaproject.net became http://www.yamaproject.net

Just the “s” at the end of https changed and that’s why plugin recognized this as a migration – the paid one.

If a single symbol in the URL or else in the DB prefix changes, then such kind of a migration is a paid feature.

Let us know if this explains the reason for the error message.
