Restore my website

i am the biggest mad of this world… i was having a website address http://kaidenworld.com … and my hosting provider was hostinger.in . while my site was alive i was using a plugin for the backup and that plugin use to sent me a daily backup on my email id…
i have accidently refreshed my hosting account and now i have nothing left .. is there any way to restore my old website using the backup in my mails that is in .zip format 🙁 please help me .. i will be thankful to u people ..
