Restore leaves site totally broken | WordPress.org

Attempting to restore from a database backup.
The restore stalls and the site is left in maintenance mode.
Is there anything I can do other than destroying the site completely?

Hi,

If your webserver kills off a restore process due to a low time limit, then you can restore manually, like so: https://updraftplus.com/faqs/i-want-to-restore-but-have-either-cannot-or-have-failed-to-do-so-from-the-wp-admin-console/
