    First restore ever with this plugin. Let’s just say I’m far from happy.

    I did a restore from 1 day ago…

    1. It took over an hour for the restore and we’re not talking about a massive site here.
    2. Every plugin since the beginning of this website (years) got restored.
    3. Some existing plugins that I DO want, were reverted to previous versions.

    If this were one of my client sites and they went through this process…they would be extremely upset/concerned/etc.

    Sorry about the issue caused. Definitely not the experience we wanted to give you. A restore may fail for various reasons, like no proper write permissions etc.. I would definitely want to take a close look at the issue and make sure this is sorted.

    Can you share the domain name for which this issue happened? I would be glad to look into it for you. You can also mail us help at wptimecapsule dot com and we will get to this ASAP.
