Restore Incomplete, Site Not Loading

    I tried restoring my website to a backup from April 28th(ish), 2018. The restore was progressing fine, until it stopped at 45% for at least 4 hours. I tried refreshing the page, accessing the site from WP admin, but it won’t load.

    Any suggestions as to what can be done to resolve this issue?

    (I submitted a support ticket prior to this post, so I’m just wondering if anybody else has encountered and resolved this issue)

    @mildhabanero Could you please send me the restore log file so I can analyze the issue and provide you with a solution?

    All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) are located in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.
