Restore Failed ("You do not have sufficient permission to access this page")

    Hi,
    After backing up my site with BG yesterday I tried restoring. After some short loading (about 1 minute) the page crashed with a “You do not have sufficient permission to access this page” message.

    After refreshing, I found all my themes and plugins are missing. It was as if I deleted almost everything and started a new WP account. I see some of the plugin names in my WP directory, but I’m not sure if they are still there or if they are corrupted/missing files. The majority of my images in the media library are gone too. The filenames are still there, but they are otherwise gone.

    I have downloaded the SGBP file onto my hard drive, it is about 1.2gb. I would really appreciate your help as it is as if my website has now been deleted off for now

    I’m facing the exact same problem. What can I do to get back my site. Also, same like SkyyDW I’m not able to login to wp-admin anymore with the exact same error above… I can login to the hosting company’s control panel without any issues.

    What’s the solution please?
