 * There’s a few things with this plugin that don’t seem to work:
 * 1. How do I add the shop to the top menu?
    2. How do I add to cart button the

    1. You may 
   add new menu items via Dashboard > Appearance > Menus. Thus you may add a link
   to you page with menu to the navigation bar.
 * 2. The simple list view has been created just to list the menu items without 
   e-commerce functionality. As workaround you may adjust the List view to look 
   in the same way as simple list and keep e-commerce functionality.
 * It looks like you have started using another plugin since the links you provided
   are not valid any more.
