 * Hello ,
    i did a bad combination of plugins 🙁 , now i can not login to my admin
   console , so i disabled the plugins from the database .
 * my issue that the plugins still running and not disabled !!
    i am sure that the
   active plugins column is empty
 * any idea how to restart /reboot the wordpress (i am on sharedhosting ) so it 
   starts without the plugins ?

 * Using an FTP client or your hosts file manager, rename your plugins folder to
   old.plugins…try lo log in. Hopefully you have a backup of your site and database
   just prior to this…
