• Hi,

I have set restart time to 2000 seconds and the following line appears in the log:
[INFO] Script restart time is configured to 2000 seconds

But for some reason the backup still restarts after 5 minutes (i.e. 300 seconds).

    Any idea why?

I am using the latest version of WP and the latest version of the plugin.

    Thanks,
    Mads

Hello the restart is to prevent the message. That means you must set the time lower then 300 secounds or to 0 for no restart.

Thank you for your quick reply.

If I set it to 0, I still get the message “WARNING: Job restarts due to inactivity for more than 5 minutes” (and the backup fails)

    Thanks,

Try to set it to 30.

Thanks, but that didn’t help. Still get the same error “WARNING: Job restarts due to inactivity for more than 5 minutes.”

    + a few “Restart after 28 seconds.”

All errors/warnings after the log line “Compressing files as TarGz. Please be patient, this may take a moment.”

    Thanks,

Please look if ther temp, cache, backup folders and exclude them from backup. In most cases thes folder must not backuped and they can have files that makes trouble.

Tried that, but it didn’t help…

Than plase try to exclude more folders from the backup. Can you find out if it only on a specific folder hangs.
