    Hello,

I just activated the premium version of the plugin and selected the “Cache” option for the REST API, yet there is no improvement whatsoever.

Is there any extra configuration to do ?

Also, I had to deactivate the cache page with with Multiple Domain Mapping on Single Site (https://wordpress.org/plugins/multiple-domain-mapping-on-single-site/). This is a huge performance loss, is there any tweak or workaround to make it compatible?

If you activated the premium version, you can get support by contacting us directly instead of on the WordPress forum. That way you can get help much faster.

Anyway, to answer your question, do you check the performance of the API with the same URL? Because the first call cannot be coming from cache. The second equal call should be much faster.

Also in Page Cache you can specify alias hostnames to be cached. This will allow you to use multiple domains.
