 * I was wondering if this plugin is compatible with the REST API v3 so the add-
   ons chosen by the user will appear in the REST API response?

    unfortunately at the moment plugin does not support REST API. We have
   plan to add it in a one of the future release of the plugin, but I can’t say 
   you an ETA.
