# REST-API issue

 * Hi,
    I am using SwiftPerformance lite on many sites but now I ran into a problem:
 * Once I activate the plugin I can no longer access the site without leading “www.”
   in the URL. Attemps to use rewrite rules in .htaccess failed.
    The error notification
   is:
 * {
    “code”: “rest_cannot_access”, “message”: “DRA: Nur authentifizierte Benutzer
   können auf die REST-API zugreifen.”, “data”: { “status”: 401 } }
 * As soon as I deactivate any url version leads correctly to the “[https://www…&#8221](https://www…&#8221);
   version.
 * Is this a known issue? I could not find anything about it.
