REST API for Events

    I’m building an mobile app and to fetch the information from the site i am using the Rest API so far I been able to fetch players, calendars, Positions (tables), and Results but for the Results using the Endpoint: /wp-json/sportspress/v2/events it only loads 9 results matches events instead of all of them. why is that?
