• Resolved mophics

Hello! first of all thank you for developing this gem.

Second, tell him that I am Spanish and I am using a translator. (in case it was not understood correctly)

The error I experience is very rare, I add the following

    [table id = 3 responsive = stack responsive_breakpoint = “phone” /]

Ok, it works when I reduce the screen on desktop, but when I see it on mobile, it does not “stack or stackking”

The weirdest thing of all is that on an Android, it does work.

    On Iphone 7, no.

How can I solve this problem?

(url test: https://micomparativa.com/x) Thank you very much!

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

I do see two tables on that page, but none of them is using the stack mode right now?!

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Sorry,

it is true I did not have it, right now if the “stack” mode is set

    (it’s the first table)

    Can you check again?

    Hi,

can you please try this exact Shortcode

    [table id=3 responsive=stack responsive_breakpoint=phone /]

(Copy it from my original post, not from a translated version of the page, as this could change the Shortcode.)

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hello Tobias!

    Thanks for the reply,

I pasted the code even in “html” as is (https://micomparativa.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/Captura-de-pantalla-2020-10-26-a-las-10.59.52.png)
but there must be a code that predominates over tablepress (I don’t know, I know the basics about css)

The strange thing is that on my partner’s mobile (android) the columns are stacked, on an iphone, no.

    Hi,

please try force-reloading the page. For me, the code now looks correct, but you might have to clear the cache on the phone.

Thanks for your time and disposition Tobias, but even clearing the phone’s cache I can’t get the content to restructure.

PD: (here a screenshot of my phone after clearing the cache https://bit.ly/3jBu8Pe)

    thanks

    Hi,

can you then maybe try using the tablet size instead of phone, to test if that is relevant?

    Tobias

    Thanks Tobias,

I don’t want to steal your time, I’m going to find another alternative.

This still does not appear structured, clearing cache, adding tablet, phone …

Thank you very much for the support, there is no way to find it. 🤦🏽‍♂️
