Responsive Theme – Not working

    Using WP 3.5.2
    Evolve 2.5.0

    Theme is NOT responsive on my iPhone. I have tried both fluid and fixed widths. From what i see this should be an automatic responsive change – please advise.
    I have made no other changes to this at all except upload it.
