# Responsive theme New look

 * For a website I purchased the theme new look at the themeforest.net site.
    A 
   theme if you scroll down, you go to the different pages. On the desktop it works
   fine. I notice that the preview (standing) on the smartphone which is less attractive.
   But the biggest problem is that the website doesn’t load very well on the iPhone(
   4s). [http://www.kommacreatie.nl](http://www.kommacreatie.nl) Slow loading can
   also by the amount of content (photos) but the website will load okay at android
   smartphones.

 * Have you asked the developer of your theme? He/she should be providing support
   for theme questions – these forums have no way to support commercial products.
 * Loading on a phone is often slower – for many reasons, some of which have nothing
   to do with WP. Do you have the same problem with other themes? Do you have the
   same problem if you use fewer photos? Are you reducing the size of your images
   before uploading to your site?

 * Thanks for the feedback,
    I do asked also the developer (no answer yet) but I
   thought maybe somebody has also this experience. It seems only a problem with
   iOS devices. Pictures are the same size as the original sizes of the pictures(
   demo site). (no reducing after uploading) I do have problems with one more site.
   Same kind of theme. (scrolling down to pages)
