Responsive Theme (Grid View) Required

Hi There,
I have just noticed that my product page displays in Grid View, however, whereas as my theme is responsive and adapts well to mobile devices, Grid View doesn’t.

Is there any chance of creating an update to address this issue or is there a MOD or HACk already out there that you can direct me too?
