# RESPONSIVE SUPPORT!

 * We have this plugin installed and we had an issue with something not working.
 * Like all plugins, there are a plethora of people out there with no clue of what
   they are doing and plugin creators have to create a method of weeding out the
   clueless to get to the folks who actually have an issue with the plugin itself–
   or with how wordpress deals with the plugin.
 * Once I got through that process, I got the plugin owner – Dave and his support
   team working on the issue directly and they identified the problem – NOT the 
   plugin, but how WordPress was dealing with the plugin.
 * They gave advice and their solution worked. Good plugin, responsive support.
 * Use this Plugin! These people are doing it right. 🙂
