Re: a site we built in WordPress with a custom theme a bit over a year ago — the clients would like us to make it responsive. For the most part, No Problem. BUT! we’re debating what to do about pages that have multiple photo albums each with several photos and a paragraph of description. Not sure we want to load all that on the mobile version. We’re talking a total of about 300 albums, each with 10-12 photos.
Clients would like to do separate pages that would have the description and one photo per album. We’re thinking we’d use custom post types for these.
So the question is: is it possible to redirect visitors for some pages but not others in the site? If so, how? Is it possible for someone to go to the universal home page, then visit a mobile only album page (there would be about 20 of those) and go then back to a universal “about us” page? These “mobile” pages would all still be on the same server etc.
