Support » Plugin: Testimonial Slider » Responsive Settings

  • Hi there,

    my slider is located on:

    Digital Reliance

I noticed on your premium plugin page ( http://slidervilla.com/rich-testimonials/ ) that the slider wraps to one column on smaller viewport size. I understand that in some instances the premium version of a plugin has more options, but just wanted to check if there’s not maybe something I’m missing on the free one that allows for this functionality as well.

I would even be fine with adding two duplicate sliders and using bootstrap to hide the two-col instance for handsets and hiding the one-col instance for desktops.

But it doesn’t seem that one can provide different settings for each slider you create. Checked the PHP, the shortcode doesn’t seem to have $atts for column count.

    Is this what you intended?

  • Hello @ardinent

    Thanks for writing to us.

You can create multiple settings set in Testimonial slider where you can apply different settings to each slider. You will find option to create new setting set on setting panel of slider.

We are using simplest skin on demo and you are using minimal skin of slider.

    Hi sagar.k,

thank you for your response. Does your response suggest that the simplest skin does have responsive design built in… meaning that it wraps to one column in smaller viewport sizes?

    Hello @ardinent

    Thanks for your response.

All skins of Testimonial slider are built in responsive. It seems on your site some plugin or theme causing issue with Testimonial slider responsiveness. Please try by deactivating other plugins.

Let me know if it helps.
    Thank you for your patience.

    Best Regards,
    Sagar.
