responsive screen size

  • Why when on a 1280×1024 my screen is full but on 1920×1080 it is centred and gaps either side of header/body?

  • Twenty thirteen works with a fixed max-width. That means your site’s body will remain 1080px wide at any resolution from 1024 and up, including Full HD. Your screen resolution (1920px wide) minus the theme’s max-width (1080px wide) is the gap that you see, about 450px on each side.
