Responsive responsible customer service

Smartmanager seemed like the right tool and after installing it found that it works great except for some reason search didn’t work on my imported users perfectly (it would find one name but not another). The team tried to resolve but I ultimately decided not to proceed with the plugin and the charge was refunded no questions asked. I really appreciate how responsive they were. I will likely give it a try on another site where users are native rather than imported.
