Hi! The plugin doesn’t work for properly since last update, maybe it’s my theme, I don’t know, I think I’ve tried everything to make it work I had issues that it only worked only when I was logged on.

Can you please have a look and give your opinion? Thanks in advance! 🙂

  • Hi there,

Please check your console errors as it says that jQuery is not defined.

    All the best

    Hi Peter,

I think I removed the console errors, now the plugin works in Chrome Android, but in IE the issue still persists. Can you, please, check again? 🙂

    Best regards!

    Hey there,

Did you check for console errors in your Internet Explorer?

What version are you having issues with exactly?

    Hi Peter,

I’ve checked the console in IE nothing shows up, I’m using IE 11. Is the plugin affected if I minify the code with Autoptimize plugin?

    Best Regrads

    Hey there,

Does my site at https://responsive.menu work on IE11.

It may be that IE11 is no longer compatible, if so I will need to look into the reasons why.

    Please let me know

    Peter

pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there’s more info in the troubleshooting tips and info on exclusions in the AO FAQ.

    hope this helps debugging,

    Hi Peter,

The menu from your site doesn’t work on IE 11 from my PC, but the website examples which you likned on your website and use this menu are working.

    Best Regards!

    Hey there,

    That’s interesting.

I tried it on IE9 up to IE17 and all worked except IE11.

That means there is a particular setting that is turned on, on your site and on mine that IE11 doesn’t like.

Now, how do we go about finding the offending setting among the 250.

I will have to keep trying some settings until it works.

Do you have Disable Background Scrolling on? That effects the output more than any other setting so that’s why I suggest that one first.

    Hi Peter,

I’m using the free version of the plugin, I think that will narrow down the number of settings, I’ve looked for Disable Background Scrolling option and it’s a Pro option. I’ll start tweaking the settings to see if I find something. I’ll let you k ow if I find something. Thanks for the help so far!

    Best Regards!

    Hey there,

So at least we know it’s something that’s available in the Pro and Free versions as I use the Pro on my site.

I’ll try playing with a few too and see if I can find the offending one.

    Hi Peter!

So, the menu from your site and mine are working on IE11 right now, the thing is I don’t know what happened. It seems that the issue resolved itself, I’ve made modifications to my settings but after I saw that it doesn’t work I’ve changed back the settings.

    Best Regards!

    Hey there,

Very interesting, and thanks for letting me know!

    Peter
