Hey guys, I am sure this is an easy one that I have just miss-looked somewhere.

On my site (http://www.ssfs.co.za) the responsive lines (for the responsive menu) show constantly, is there a setting that I missed?

  • Any luck with that? I have the same problem after last 2 updates, my website:
    http://chicago-car-keys.com/
    – mine is not even showing the 3 bars but only a blank button…

Both of you need to try the Plugin Test as it’s almost certainly going to be a clash with a Plugin causing it.

Disable all plugins, test, if OK then reactivate one-by-one until you find the culprit.

If you don’t have copied any core files in your child-theme just clean your super-chache’s cache, if you have copied core files in your child-theme .. remove them or change them accordingly to the latest theme’s version.

    Gambi007,
your issue is singular, you show the side menu and a second menu (if you don’t want the side menu choose to display the regular menu in the Header settings), but the side menu doesn’t open, as suggeste by rdell it might depend on a conflicting plugin or, also for you, on something you have in your child-theme. It works fine in the demo -> http://demo.presscustomizr.com/
(in mobiles your side nav opens )
    p.s.
Your issue is actually that even in desktop browsers wordpress thinks that it’s a mobile browsers -> https://github.com/eri-trabiccolo/customizr/blob/master/inc/class-fire-init.php#L703
So it could be due to a plugin or.. something you have in your child-theme.

    Thanks Guys

    I disabled ALL plugins: –
Coming Soon and Maintenance mode WpDevArt
    Contact Form 7
    Leaflet Maps Marker
    Lightbox Plus Colorbox
    TablePress
    Wordfence Security
    Yoast SEO

That didnt change anything, I uninstalled Customizr, installed and activated Twenty Fifteen, removed all my menu’s and reinstalled Customizr.
I left my child them deactivated so I basically have Customizr with some basic default settings and no plugins.

I feel that I need to point out that when I installed customizr for the first time (the previous version to current), this is how it installed. I thought that there was a checkbox that I had missed.

    Just an update

In Customize view / Header / Navigation Menu. I am able to remove the responsive menu from full screen by selecting “Regular (horizontal)” under MAIN MENU DESIGN / Select a design.

The responsive menu doesn’t show until you actually have menu items.

Thanks for bearing with me as I learn this awesome theme!
