 * Hi everyone! I have a challenging issue here…
 * On this site [http://workerscomp.staging.wpengine.com/](http://workerscomp.staging.wpengine.com/)
 * if you make the browser window thinner, it will become responsive and show a 
   grey bar that says “get a free case consult”
 * I want to create some bars similar to this, under the yellow boxes…but I can’t
   seem to find this code on the backend 🙁
 * when i inspect at the HTML and CSS (I use firebug in firefox) I see this code:

 * I’ve searched all through the files in wordpress editor and don’t see that code???
   There is a lot of PHP….where could it be? How could I create more bars like that?
   Or at least some kind of vertical menu.
