    I need help with the Question Answer profile page and notifications.
 * Both are responsive issues.

 * also, please note, ijust checked your links, i can see there is CSS conflict 
   with your theme CSS
 * You can add following CSS to fix
 * .single-question {
    padding: 20px; }
 * i am not sure why you used such huge padding on `.ast-article-post` class.
