• Using my themes builtin SiteOrigin Site Builder and Master Slider, I’ve created a row with 4 columns.

    Column 1 is blank @ 32.5%
    Column 2 is @ 18.9%
    Column 3 is @ 21.6%
    Column 4 is blank @ 27%

Column 2 has two slides presenting sliding tex.
Column 3 has two slide, 1 static image of a person with a Call to Action button that will play a youtube video when clicked.

On regular computers the layout looks amazing. The tool is super easy to use and I love it. After spending a week designing everything to work as intended, I now see the columns are all overlapping each other on the iphone and the entire section looks like one big mess of sliding text and images.

I’m at a complete loss. I thought the software was Responsive and everything would appear clean on the phone as it does on the computer. I’ve researched your forums and none of the CSS suggestions seem to apply to me.

Can you please suggest a solution?

May I ask why you divert questions related to responsive design on mobile away from this channel? Multiple users have asked similar questions. We’ve all taken time to navigate the forums, including your forum on your site for an answer to no avail.

In some cases you even direct users to email other theme developers, just so they can email you the same question, then they can respond back to us. All very time consuming.

I believe my question is quite simple and it would help the entire community if you could provide all users a public response.

Basically I have two cells in 1 row. Both cells are calling two unique master slider short codes containing unique images. On mobile, they’re being layered over each other.

Is there a CSS solution to ensure they can be displayed correctly? Or to force cell one to move center on the phone, and cell two to move below cell 1 and center on the phone?

Publicly answering these questions will certainly provide your users with a much better experience than having us bounce around your arbitrary support process.

Thank you kindly for helping the community!

That really depends on which version you are using.

If you’re using this version https://wordpress.org/plugins/master-slider/ then this is the right place.

If you are using the commercial product then this is what usually gets copied.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

The short version is that the author cannot support the pro version here. It’s not about any arbitrary support process, the author does not want to ge t into trouble here.

So, which version are you using?

I’m using the basic version with states it supports responsive design. I’m also using the pro version on another site that came packaged with a theme. The trouble I’m having is with the general version.

FYI – I created an account on their support site and I still can not post in there because 1) I’m using the basic version on 1 site, and 2) the pro version came with my theme, thus they request I contact the theme developer, per my statement above.

Thank you for following up, moderating and helping push this toward a resolution.

    Update –

I’m a paid Master Slider Pro user. Purchased via Envato Market. Per the designer of the plug-in, I’m registering my account with their commercial / pro support forum. I’ve even synced my Envato Market account to their Averta Support forum. The two accounts synced, but Averta is not recognizing my purchase with Envato.

I see no way to communicate with Envato regarding this issue. I’ve purchased the pro version, I require some support. Please advise how to best proceed?

The way to proceed is via this link as mentioned above.

    http://support.averta.net/envato/support/item/master-slider-wordpress-plugin/

Per that same page you can register as a customer there.

    http://support.averta.net/envato/registration/

That registration page had this verbiage.

If you have problem with registering procedure, please contact us by sending message in our profile page in Envato marketplace.

    See that last link?

    http://codecanyon.net/user/averta

It also has links to their Facebook and Twitter accounts. One way or the other, you should be able to get a reply. I would keep in mind that it is a Saturday night so you may not see a reply till Monday.

Note: I’m just a forum moderator and have nothing to do with the author or their company. 😉
