# Responsive install with background image

 * I am trying something new for me. I would like to have a single image as home
   page with a menu at the top and logo at the bottom. I want to try this to improve
   the loading of the home page and have people go directly to the content from 
   the menu,
 * I am open to themes and plugins I would need to accomplish this.
 * Here is an example of the effect I am trying to get:
