 * With Maintenance mode enabled the header does not seem to be mobile responsive

 * The image is responsive, [https://goo.gl/ZDHY0o](https://goo.gl/ZDHY0o) it’s 
   headline text which does not have a space in it so it does not break the link.
 * You can use this css to break the word:
 * #seed-csp4-headline{
    word-break: break-word; }
