# Responsive emails

 * I tried on a fresh install of WordPress and Woocommerce and the emails are not
   responsive, they look terrible on the Android Gmail app which is very popular.
 * Am I wrong? if not, when are you going to fix this please?

 * I know the team have looked at improving this in the future, but a clear timeline
   for these changes is not available yet.

 * I see the github post is from 2016, we’re at 2019 now so I don’t see how posting
   there would help.
 * To be honest, I think it’s really bad not to have responsive emails these days
   as 50-60% of the users use their mobile phone, this is pretty standard these 
   days and I really hope you would consider this in the very near future.

   at that issue, you will see that even though it was originally posted in 2016,
   it received activity from the devs as recently as July – so it isn’t as dead 
   as you make it sound.
 * If this hasn’t been looked at up until now, it’s because it hasn’t received [enough support](https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/blob/master/.github/CONTRIBUTING.md#feature-requests)
   for this to be considered a priority by the developing team. So, if this is a
   change that you would really like to see happen, I would definitely encourage
   you to add your voice to that conversation.

 * Well Fernando, the most popular ecommerce plugin for wordpress is kind of useless
   if clients can’t see their receipts, this is a very basic request these days,
   but, that is just my opinion.
    I have posted on that github thread.
