# [Responsive] CSS question

 * Hi guys,
 * I’m using the responsive theme, but this is more of a CSS question and not so
   much related to the theme – hence I am asking it here.
 * I’ve put in some code that causes the blue background to repeat across the header
   of my page, however when I run anything that generates a toolbar on top (for 
   example SEOquake), it pushes everything downwards, except the blue background.
 * Here is a quick image I put together to show you what I mean:

 * And the code I am currently using is this:
 *     ```
       body {
       	background: url(http://www.sapinfoasap.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/Repeat_header1.jpg) repeat-x scroll 0 top #EFEFEF;
       }
       ```
   
 * How can I fix this? Any help is appreciated
