Responsive but won't fit mobile device

First off all, I’m sorry for my bad english.
But now to the problem:

The menu and content fits to my laptop even if a resize the browser window but when I try to visit the site from a mobile device it won’t fit.

The header keeps full size, but when I scroll down the “sticky” menu fits.
But the content on the page fits very bad. It’s not larger than my phones screen but the text is way to small and my responsive columns dosen’t break down.

I know this isn’t my content and plugins wrong because when I switch theme to for example twenty eleven everything fits perfect.
