Responsive Background Images

Hello, is it possible to be able to set a background image and keep it Responsive? for like different desktop resolutions, I want the image to stay pretty full on main resolutions if possible, at the moment if I set it to my resolution which is 2560 x 1440 it’s too large for my friends screen who is running at 1920 x 1080, you advice would be appreciated, or a recommended background size, Thank you
