responsive and compressing javascript

Hi,
http://i-cuisine.fr I’m trying to optimize my site’s speed.

Cache and gzip are ok.

Each time I try to compress or reorder css and javascript my site isn’t responsive anymore.

Can you please tell wich files I have to exclude from compressing or reordering to prevent the modification of responsive scrpits ,
