Also please only review themes that you actually try. It’s not really fair reviewing a theme by just looking at a preview, is it?
how can someone rate just by preview while the theme is already free so he doesn’t even have to pay to test it out+themes have bad looking in wordpress preview not same as when you install them

Even though it’s been 5 months, I say, “Yes, it is fair.” If a “responsive” theme doesn’t act responsively on the preview AND the theme developer’s site, why should anyone download it?

Nothing silly about it. I added my experience with the theme. What’s silly is you coming here five months later and whining. If you’re too dumb and arrogant to accept that, that’s your problem.
