 * Responsive 4.0.0 is live!
 * This update includes major changes:
    - Html structure change to conform with W3C standards
    - 9 page templates will be deprecated
    - Header and footer layout customization options
    - Rollback functionality moved to Responsive ready site importer

 * These changes may break your site, please make sure you try this first on the
   test box and then deploy it on your live setup.
