Hello, i have a problem with forminator.
I don’t receive any form entry in my principal mail box, everything go to spam.
i have the same probleme with my two domaine.
how can i fix it?

my forms were forwarding but they have stopped forwarding conpleted forms to my email. not sure why.

Emails may be rejected by the recipient, or there could be issues with your email hosting platform. Since Forminator uses the default WordPress email functionality to send messages, I recommend first installing an email logger plugin to confirm that Forminator emails are being sent. After that, consider using an SMTP plugin to enhance email delivery.

Hi,
I’m facing with the same issue, my client doesn’t receive e-mail notifications on his gmail address when he receives a message via the forminator (also nothing in the spams). What I tried is to set up a temporary e-mail address, and added it to the notifications, and I receive the e-mail notifications to the temporary e-mail address. If the issue is resolved, could anyone please let me know what steps have been taken?
