We are using Jigoshop as our eCommerce plugin and for Jigoshop we bought the Authorize.net extension. We were going through the process of ordering a product to make sure everything worked, thats when we found a problem. After I filled out all my info. I pressed ‘Place Order.’ Then, I got an red box that said ‘Payment Error.’ Also in the JigoShop dashboard it says ‘Authorize.net’ payment failed (Response Code:’
We got in contact with Authorize.net (thinking it was on their end) and they told us we need a API Response String (couldn’t find) then we were thrown around for awhile until someone told us that it is probably on the eCommerce providers side. So I contacted JigoShop and they never responded on multiple forums. Then, Authorize.net said I should try WordPress or a developer. I hope that someone can help. Our site is live and it is priority that people are able to buy.
