    When we reply to a client and send files attach the client doesn´t recieve this files. He only see the text message.
    How can we solve this?

    Hello @colourinvasion,

    The way to solve this is to attach files by logging into the ticket system and uploading them through your browser. In order to send attachments through mail (which may sometimes fail due to mail attachment restrictions), you can get modification services for an add-on that allows attachments to also be send through email.
