    Hi I’m having an issue using this plugin, after trying to make the backup the site collapses, what should be I asking to the hosting company in this case? here are some screenshots of what happens:

    Share exactly the same info with them and they should know what to do.

    I already did but they don’t know, they said everything is looking fine apparently.

    If the webserver says that a limit has been reached, then the hosting company should be able to find out what limit has been reached and tell you.
    After all, they are the ones who put these limits onto your account.
    Maybe ask to talk to a different support person :/
