Resource from Maxcdn caused delay

Hello,
Our server is in China, and we are blocked to access global resources, this Css file caused serious delay:
https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/font-awesome/4.6.3/css/font-awesome.min.css
It would be great if it could be intergraded in this plugin.
