resolving jQuery conflict

I just created this WP site http://www.micheleturnercreative.com/ and I would like to add colorbox functionality via jquery-colorbox http://www.techotronic.de/plugins/jquery-colorbox/

However the libraries aren’t playing nicely.
How do I resolve this?
Can I dump all the js into one file and then relink in the themes head?

Thoughts?
