Hello,
Until (including) version 1.0.2 the theme was using the images in their Full size.
I have just pushed an update to 1.0.3 which now uses the custom size defined in the theme: 1600×1066.
You might need to install and run a plugin like Regenerate Thumbnails.
I’ve got 1.0.2 version, only the images on the main page looks bad (the ones I add from customize menu). On other sites like contact, portfolio header images looks good.

look at the diffrence in quality, the one is added from site editor wordpress in contact page as head image and the other one is in carosuel in main page added from customize menu.
thanks for helping
What’s the resolution on the monitor that you are using?
I use two, one is UHD (4k) and one is HD but I can clearly see the diffrence on both.
Well, you can see the difference because you are using an ultrawide monitor.
The theme crops the header images to 1600×1066 and then tries to fill the screen with them.
People with displays larger than 1600px will see an image that is scaled up, which reduces quality to some degree.
Displaying larger images will hit performance and speed for most visitors, especially mobile users.
Yes, I understand but my point is there is a diffrence in image quality between these shown as header images on main page in carousel (bad quality) and these shown as header images on other pages within this site (like contact, portfolio pages etc.) and from my understanding they should scale same way?
Yes, this is why the theme version 1.0.3 was pushed.
Before the update, the theme was showing the ‘full’ image size on inner pages, as in the original files.
Now the behavior should be constant – inner pages will display the size the same as the homepage does.
If you have updated and don’t see a difference, that means that you need to install and run a plugin like Regenerate Thumbnails.
