Resize PNG with different size

First of all I’d like to say I really like your plugin, I just have one question.

On a website I’m working on I usually have two types of images I upload.
Jpeg’s, which are often used as fullscreen images, so have to stay bigger in size.
Png’s with a transparent background, those aren’t used as big images so can be reduced more.

Is it possible to change the ‘resize/reduce size on upload’ settings, so (transparent) Png’s get reduced to a smaller size than Jpeg’s?
