    help !!

WordPress allows you to do this from the Media Library.

    1. In the post/page where you want the image to go, click on the “Add Media” button.

    2. In the Media Library window that opens, click on the image. It will show properties of the image on the right side of the window (gray background). Scroll down to “Attachment Display Settings.”

    3. Under “Attachment Display Settings,” there is a drop-down menu for “Size.” Change it to “Medium” or “Thumbnail”

    4. Click the blue “Insert into Page” button.

And voila, you have a resized version of the image. Hopefully either Medium or Thumbnail size works better for you. If not, there are other ways to be more specific, but it involves either plugins or a little HTML, so let us know if you need more options.

okay but my theme needs more sizes .. like medium_thumbnail – thumbnail – large_thumbnail .. so i can’t use that “method”

If your theme requires images be a certain size, you either need to resize them before uploading, get the person who makes the theme to change the standard sizes, or choose a different theme.
