Resize Images to available space and pop up on click

Hi dear WordPress support team 🙂
I wanted to ask you, how to achieve, that images, I add to my posts are automatically resized to the space that is available.
So for example, if the image was in an indention, the size would be less than normally.
And the second part is: How to get a popup if a user clicks on the image, so that the image resizes to its normal size and is displayed in a popup like if you add a picture to the post ( Background darkens, closing button top right etc. )

I hope you understand what I try to say 😉 and more important, that you can help me.
