    Hi,

    Shouldn’t this plugin be renamed: Resize Image During Upload. As I am understanding it it will not resize images that were uploaded before this plugin was installed. The title Resize Image After Upload makes one believe that they can be resized after being uploaded; however your FAQ says “This plugin will not resize images that have already been uploaded.”

    Furthermore, your FAQ says this can be accomplished in ShortPixel, but it does not work for already uploaded images that have already been compressed. Ideas?

    Hello @ndstate – thank you for your message, I apologize for the delayed reply! 🙁

    I agree with you that the plugin name can be a bit misleading sometimes but unfortunately there isn’t much we can do about it. Nor it was given by us but by the original plugin developer.

    Now, if you’re trying to resize all your original images you can indeed use ShortPixel Image Optimizer. If you’re trying to regenerate thumbnails then you could use a plugin like this one.
