# Reset watermark doesn’t work

 * Hi there,
 * I would like to reset the watermark as I wanted to switch from text to a logo.
   Unfortunately when I press “reset watermark” the wait circle goes into an endless
   loop… I already waited a night long but no change. Same with switching to “no
   watermark”. The old watermark is still visible. Any idea how I can get it fixed…
   though the old watermark is messing up some pictures…? I did always use the latest
   version, currently Version 1.8.5.

 * Thank you for reporting the issue and sorry that you are facing it currently,
 * Could you kindly check if you are getting [any JS errors](https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/)
   on the settings page when resetting the watermark or if there are any PHP errors
   in your website’s logs related to the Photo Gallery?
 * Please kindly let us know of your findings, will be glad to take the investigation
   further from there,
