Reset User Permissions

I made a mistake yesterday night. I have installed “membership lite” plugin and trying to familiar with that plugin. I have created two levels and one subscription but after doing this I clicked on subscribe button and admin get limited permissions. After some time I saw that I cannot do anything which a admin can

Please help me out that how can I reset the admin permissions because after deleting the plugin I still was not able to do anything.

Now admin is just a subscriber level permissions. I didn’t have any editor or admin account through which I can do anything, but I don’t have another admin or editor account.

Looking for a great solution because I don’t have access of cpanel and cannot find database name or cannot download database.
